instruction cards

When I first started dancing a zillion years ago my teacher gave me a small notecard size stack of instruction cards with positions. Of course those were lost a long time ago. Does anyone know of these cards, have them, know where they are sold....??? Let me know. Thanks!

    Not sure about the cards but there are many books, mostly written for children, that cover the basic foot and arm positions.

    I believe I saw some printable cards on a website once, but I'm not sure what the link is....sorry, if I cover across it again I'll post it here.
